At A&B Plumbing and Heating we were tasked with an exciting project: transforming an unused bedroom in The Old Manse, a listed building on the Isle of Wight, into a luxurious new bathroom. Carpet Removal & Flooring: The original carpet was carefully removed and replaced with high-quality stone tile flooring, enhancing the bathroom's elegance and durability.

Plumbing Adjustments: We re-routed the existing pipework to accommodate the new Burlington fixtures, ensuring a seamless and efficient plumbing system.

New Waste Pipe & Soil Stack Installation: To facilitate the bathroom’s functionality, a new waste pipe and soil stack were installed, all while adhering to the building’s historical requirements.

Electrical Work: New electrics were installed to power modern amenities such as a heated towel rail, extraction fan, and innovative lighting, blending comfort with practicality.

Professional Plastering & Decoration: The room was professionally plastered and decorated, creating a clean, fresh, and inviting space that complements the rest of the home.

The transformation was remarkable. What was once an underutilised bedroom is now a stunning bathroom, seamlessly integrating modern amenities with the classic charm of The Old Manse. The new bathroom features luxurious Burlington fixtures and a stone tile floor, providing a spa-like experience for the homeowners.
